The wait is nearly over for everyone excited for the upcoming A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series. While its July 1, 2024 release date was confirmed at the cast panel at MCM London in May, that was just for fans in the UK. While BBC iPlayer is getting more of Wednesday star Emma Myers’ latest murder mystery at the start of July, we’ve been waiting patiently to find out when Netflix would be streaming the show in the US and other territories.

The full first season of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder will debut on July 1 in the UK, but fans in the US will have to wait a few weeks longer to see if Pip is able to complete her investigation into a murder five years earlier at her high school in time for Finals Week. Netflix has announced that A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder will be available to stream on the platform on August 1, 2024.

Not only that, Netflix has dropped their own trailer for the series which shows off the perfectly sinister tone of the series, which looks far more serious than Emma Myers’ previous work on Wednesday. Rather than playing it creepy and cooky, it looks like A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder is going to be just plain creepy, and we’re here for it.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder will debut in the UK on July 1. Fans in the US can catch the series on Netflix on August 1, 2024.
