DC's Teen Titans: Which team should get their time in the big screen spotlight?
Robin, Starfire, and the other Titans are part of a six-decade-long lineage of teen heroes... but which Titan should make it to the movie?

Like all sensible people, we here at Team Popverse were thrilled to discover that DC is developing a live-action Teen Titans movie… but we had a pretty obvious question: just which Teen Titans are we going to see on the big screen, anyway?
After all, as Ashley Victoria Robinson and Graeme McMillan discuss in the video below, there have been multiple different teams of Titans since the group made their official debut 60 years ago (yes, 60 years ago this very year — they first showed up in 1964’s The Brave and The Bold #54), from the original line-up of Robin, Kid Flash and Aqualad to the iconic New Teen Titans grouping of Robin, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, and Cyborg, and beyond — including the mostly forgotten late ‘90s team that had a de-aged Atom and all-new characters with names like Argent, Prysm, and Joto. Yes, really.
Common sense and brand awareness would suggest that the live action movie will feature the characters who’ve anchored the wildly successful Teen Titans Go! animated incarnation of the property — who also happen to be the central cast of DC’s range of YA graphic novels by Kami Garcia and Gabriel Picolo. Of course, common sense isn’t always the deciding factor in these decisions, as can be seen in the spirited discussion below.
Of course, if you want to have your say in what Titans should make it to the big screen, don't forget our poll on that very topic, which currently has some very surprising front-runners...
