More than ever before, mental health is being talked about in all facets of liife, including pop culture (we just covered Elmo's thoughts on the matter). Comic books and the movies that they inispired are no exception to this truth, as you'd know if you attended MCM Birmingham Comic Con.

That's where the panel Mental Health in Comics and Movies was held, featuring guest speakers Jessica Ginting, Kibla Ahmed, and Rob Ayling. But if you couldn't make it to the panel, don't worry; Popverse filmed the whole thing, and you can watch it right here.
