Chicago may famously be known as the Windy City, but attendees to C2E2 at McCormick Place this weekend don’t have to worry about the weather before heading into the friendly skies at the Funko booth throughout the event.

Themed as the inaugural outing for Funko Airways, the extensive booth — which also includes Mondo and Loungefly, in addition to the core Funko brand — is filled with con exclusives as well as other fun details aimed at giving fans the most out of their time visiting the booth.

“We want people to have an experience like they went to an attraction, so it’s completely immersive,” Mike Becker, the company’s founder and official COF — that’s Chief Officer of Fun, in case you were curious — told Popverse’s Veronica Valencia. “We dress up, we have plenty of giveaways, like these special wings [so] that you can earn your wings while you’re here. If you come to a Funko booth, you’re really coming to basically a thematic attraction experience.”

Veronica also scoped out what people are going to be searching for at the show, with Funko sharing, “The hottest items are definitely going to be the Shanks Wanted [pop] at Funko, and of course, everyone’s favorite, Freddy, Franny, and Proto, [as well as] Mr. Knight at Loungefly, and the Batman foil poster at Mondo.”

Check out Veronica’s video visit to the Funko booth below, and get ready for our liveblog of Funk’s Future Flight of Fun panel on Saturday, April 27 at 2:45pm Eastern for even more from the world of Funko — on the ground and in the air.
